What did Marisa need?
Hi! We are a small non-profit, working on a limited budget with only 7 staff members. I was promoted to ED in 2015, after starting at ElderNet as a social worker and grant writer. Our website was created before I started and I do not think it does our agency justice. Unfortunately, I am unsure as to what content should be on the site. Our agency has a lot of activities and I am unsure how much content is effective. I would like our site to attract donors, volunteers and potential clients.

What did Graham have to offer?
Your cause is one that is very close to my heart, and I believe that the elderly should be treated with the utmost respect and decency. They deserve to live peacefully, and if I can help by providing guidance on your website to bring it to life and enhance the experience for volunteers and donors then I would be honoured. Throughout each of my previous roles I have been responsible for providing guidance and updates on protocols. In the last 3 years, working within IT has led me to improve my analysis skills of technical systems, and this includes websites / web apps. Part of being a Front End Web Developer is understanding the user experience and how they interact with websites.
Graham was wonderful. He dove right into the project and highlighted the many ways our website could be improved. For a small non-profit, such as ours, with no budget for a website audit, this was extremely helpful! Thank you, Graham!
