What did Lindsay need?
Because we serve students primarily in their classrooms and it's hard for the general public to "see" the work we do, we struggle to engage individual giving at the level we should for an Organization of our size. We hope to engage Board Members and Alumni especially with easy ways to reach their networks to raise more individual giving and awareness of our mission and programs.

What did Jessica have to offer?
I have stepped off and away from the stage as other life responsibilities have taken priority in my life, but I am a passionate believer in the transformative nature of theater. It can transport us to faraway (even imaginary) worlds, it can spark healthy dialogue about difficult issues, it can make us understand things in a way we never thought possible - it can do SO many things. And it all starts with the playwright. I admire the mission of this organization, and I would love to help it succeed. While my day-to-day professional responsibilities focus more on brand/messaging strategy, social media has been a personal passion for many years. On a project basis, I have honed my social strategy skills for agency clients, but I have also used my experience and skillset to create social strategies (content pillar strategy), develop content calendars, execute the posts and participate in community management for a non-profit agency dedicated to promoting kindness and community for young people.
