What did Nia need?

We are doing a lot of internal evaluation and looking at the future of our organization overall and at the department level. For us in fundraising, we know we will add more people as time goes on and want to set-up systems that provide the most efficiency for us at an affordable cost and with the best technology, which is why we are trying out Salesforce. This move will help us know if this is something we want to continue using for our team and possibly the rest of the org in the future.

What did Sarisha have to offer?

Being local is important to me and as I live in Philly, I would love to meet you all and give you the support you need. I am always looking to support local organizations that uplift the community in small and big ways. Mercy Neighborhood Ministries embodies that spirit. In addition, I know from experience the importance of Salesforce in empowering non-profits in powerful data storytelling. I've seen, personally, how much it can bolster organizational goals and fundraising efforts. I would be very happy to help in this capacity. I have 3 years of experience working with a non-profit in a Salesforce capacity. Just like Ms. Daye, I became my team's Salesforce expert because of my own efforts. Much of my work involved customizations within NPSP, whether it was creating reports and dashboards, newsletters, objects and fields, and general user troubleshooting. Most recently, I got Salesforce certified last year. I am confident I will be able to help Mercy Neighborhood Ministries!
