I fully support your mission and I love working on employee handbooks. Many years ago I worked overseas for a subcontractor of Bell Helicopter. My company was involved in training helicopter mechanics and pilots. During the last few years, I have successfully created and updated employee handbooks for over 25 small non-profit organizations in several states including Pennsylvania. I have deep knowledge of employment laws and human resources best practices.
