Omar helped Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education identify a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track their donor, volunteer, and constituent database needs.
Learning Salesforce has been a steep learning curve for our staff, but we've made considerable progress in cleaning up our database post-migration. There's some functionality we haven't been able to fully utilize, particularly around membership, process builder, and levels and engagement plans. An audit of our Salesforce set-up would allow staff to assess the work that has been done in the last year and make informed improvements going forward.
This project will save us $3,315, allowing us to streamline and begin to confidently automate our donor database and begin utilizing moves management tools and redirect staff time from Salesforce administration to donor cultivation activities.
