Mission

Homeless Advocacy Project's (HAP) mission is to provide free, high quality civil legal services to individuals and families who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness in Philadelphia. HAP advocates to protect the rights and interests of persons who are homeless and, where appropriate, partners with others to advocate on issues affecting poverty and homelessness.
