Bio of Mujahiddeen Mohammed
Mujahiddeen Mohammed is a student of Al-Islam under the leadership of Imam WD Mohammed and has always had strong desire to share knowledge and guidance to all. He was a student of Sister Clara Mohammed School, Newark, NJ and the Islamic Day School of Philadelphia. He graduated from Burlington County Institute of Technology in 2002.
He resides in Philadelphia, PA where he is an Imam (religious teacher) @Inheritance Guidance Center in the New Freedom District. In addition, he is an entrepreneur, community activist and community organizer. Mujahiddeen travelled to Rome in October 2008 as Muslim American Ambassador to the Focolare movement.
In his community he has been a mentor with the Big Brothers organization, a Boy Scout leader and a counselor for P.A.L (Police Athletic League ). He also volunteered at the Boys and Girls Club. He was a coordinator and moderator of the Youth Forum in 2006 and 2007 with the WD Mohammed Dawah Committee. In 2010, Mujahiddeen participated in the Messiah College Outreach Program in the Humanities course. A coach of N.F.L Jr. flag football and soccer. An archivist and tourist.
Mujahiddeen is a board member of the Urban Peace League, which sponsors a week long peace summit and stop the violence rally in Philly annually.A former board member of Masjidullah and Quranic Studies teacher at Madressa. He is President of the YouR A Creator movement . He participated at the Harrisburg World Affairs Council Peace Summit 2014. Associate Director of ICPIC-New Africa Center.A co-founder and community developer of New Freedom District out of which was birthed the New Freedom Movement. An activist group member of New Freedom Family. The C.E.O of New Freedom Pie, LLC. The President of New Freedom Institute and Professor at the Little Freedom Builders Academy. Mujahiddeen is committed and passionate about working to improve the community for his children and all children of the world.
