I have been a leader, manager and service provider in the behavioral health/addictions, public health, and non-profit fields for over 25 years. I am a graduate of the Regional Institute of Health and Environmental Leadership's Advanced Leadership Training Program and a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am currently the Director of the Community Impact Team at the Health District of Northern Larimer County, working with community partners and advocates to seek long-term solutions to some of the most challenging public health issues. I also provide organizational and leadership development consultation, coaching, training and facilitation, specializing in working with social innovation leaders to ensure that they have the skills and frameworks to increase their effectiveness and impact in leading complex social change. I am passionate about supporting the development of exemplary leadership practices; helping people design human interactions (group processes, meetings, teams) that foster engagement, creativity and innovation; and facilitating the development of structures (such as mission statements, strategic plans, workplans, etc.) that cultivate growth, focus resources, motivate people, and ensure progress.
