What we'd like to talk about

I'd like some help with Eventbrite. I know this is very specific, but we have issues with the way that our account (accounts actually) have been set up and i'm not sure the best way to untangle

Additional context

We use eventbrite for monthly information sessions and a few webinars a year. The accounts were set up several years ago and now we have 2 organizations (one paid one not) and three users ... its a mess that gets us tripped up and seems to make it difficult for anyone to find our events. I need someone who knows how the set up and can help us streamline.

"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.

Our mission

The mission of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Philadelphia is to deliver personalized, integrated, child-centered advocacy to abused and neglected children in foster care through a diverse community of trained and skilled volunteers.

What we do

CASA is the only program in Philadelphia that leverages the resources of trained community volunteers to advocate for a child's best interests in and out court. CASA volunteers effectively advocate to ensure children are well cared for while in the foster care system, are placed in a permanent home, or exit the system with the education, skills, and supports they need for a stable and happy future.

The relationships forged between CASA volunteers and the children they serve make a critical difference in life trajectory of that child. Of the cases CASA has closed, 85% have achieved a permanent outcome: over 55% have been reunified with a relative or parent and 35% were adopted or permanently placed. As reflected in national CASA statistics, children with a CASA spend less time in foster care, receive more services, and are more successful in school.
