  • List of recommendations and best practices for shooting a video
  • Instructions for how to post videos to respective social media platforms

Looking to learn how to create short videos for social media and other marketing platforms.

What we have in place
  • We currently have concepts and an employee, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have email and other platforms to share information, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to to help 5 families in need

We are revamping and developing our social media content to increase traffic while raising awareness and promoting fundraisers

  • Volunteer Manager and Professional connect to discuss video objectives, target audience, and platform(s) for videos to be published
  • Volunteer Manager shares with Professional budget and time available for this project (if applicable)

Milestone 1: Training Plan Creation
  • Professional prepares a detailed training plan outlining topics to be covered and structure of training
  • Volunteer Manager provides feedback which Professional incorporates

Milestone 2: Video Shoot Training
  • Professional trains Volunteer Manager how to record video(s)
  • Professional shares tips and best practices for creating videos - including necessary equipment, determining location/background settings, camera placement, etc.
  • Professional shares apps/tools that can be used to record videos

Milestone 3: Sharing Videos
  • Professional instructs Volunteer Manager how to post videos directly to each specified social media platform
  • Professional remains available for follow up questions for up to two weeks
