What we'd like to talk about
I'd like feedback on what we need to move to Salesforce and customize it for our needs. We are currently using spreadsheets and a Access database that are outdated and cumbersome to use.
"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.

Our mission
Literacy Council of Norristown (LCN) empowers adults to improve literacy skills or learn the English language utilizing trained volunteers and teachers who provide tutoring or classroom instruction at no cost.
What we do
We provide one-on-one tutoring for adult learners in GED preparation, improving reading and math skills, citizenship preparation, as well as English as a Foreign language classes.
