- Note: Please post an additional project if more than one piece of collateral is needed
Additional details
We'd like to get a couple of graphics for a banner (https://www.stickersbanners.net/custom-step-and-repeat-banner.html) for our upcoming Fundraising Gala. Our thoughts are for a print-ready version of our logo, as well as some simple text like @F4Service and #F4EndHunger.
What we have in place
- We currently have a small version of our logo, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have the words we'd like turned into graphics, a brand guideline, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to focus our efforts on rescuing food and ending hunger!
Photos are a big deal in our organization, an important way we share the success of everything from 75 meals delivered to a shelter, 5,000 pounds of food rescued from a large event, to a local business' food drive! We can't wait to use this backdrop at our Gala to show off the awesome people who have chosen to come alongside us in our mission.
Group volunteering guidelines
Working as a group on Catchafire
Group projects and calls on Catchafire are a great way for you to make an impact and build stronger relationships with your team members! If you are applying to this opportunity as a group, we recommend you have one designated team lead apply for the project on your group's behalf and act as the primary point of contact with the volunteer manager. When applying, be sure you already have a team organized so that you can start the project soon after matching.
Before applying as a group:
- Have all group members identified and ready to volunteer
- Pick one group member to act as a team lead and point of contact with the organization
- Identify any tools you could use to effectively collaborate together (e.g. chat, email, whiteboarding tools)

Testimonials
Working with Alan was a wonderful experience. He was very patient to listen to our constantly changing ideas, and designed many prototypes of a photo backdrop till we landed on just the right one. Our logo also needed to be recreated for printing, which he did quickly and accurately, as well as in three colors at our request! Alan was quick to answer emails, came through with materials on time or sooner than expected, and was always ready for a phone call when needed. We're thankful for the new designs and are excited to use the photo backdrop at events!
