What we need
- A Salesforce database including: a customized set of Salesforce objects, single-record editing of data and field history tracking (up to 15 object types), a customized set of views to allow table-based editing of data (up to 15 views), a customized set of reports to pull data from multiple object types (up to 15 reports)
- Migration of Organization's current database to Salesforce
- Training for designated staff member on new objects, reports and views
- “Hand-off” documentation on the object schemas and any custom code
Additional details
We are looking for someone to help us use Form Assembly or another program to automatically enter information into our existent Salesforce database.
Specifically, we would like a form that our volunteers could use that would (1) create a new contact, if the contact is not already in our database and (2) input volunteer hours into a specific volunteer job/campaign.
What we have in place
- We are ready to provide a detailed description of our needs and access to our Salesforce database and Form Assembly program. We have existing integrated forms in FA that could be used as a starting point. A staff member is available by email during business hours for questions and consultations.
How this will help
This project will save us $22,852 , allowing us to enhance our services to help homeless families in our area.
We have hundreds of volunteers donating thousands of hours and it would save a great deal of staff and volunteer time if all data did not have to be input manually.

Our mission
Family Promise Montco PA provides opportunities for families in our diverse community to achieve self-sufficiency by offering community-based programs designed to bridge homelessness and independence.
What we do
Family Promise Montco serves families experiencing homelessness by providing stable housing and support that lead families toward self-sufficiency. We offer a 90-day emergency shelter program in partnership with area religious congregations, a 2-year transitional housing program, an open-ended supportive housing program, and a food cupboard. Families in housing programs receive case management, education, and help with basic needs; graduates receive aftercare to keep them on track to maintain independence.
