What we have in place
- We currently have flyers and brochures, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have background information about our programs, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,550 , allowing us to provide free childcare to families with children too young to participate in our programming.
We need a brief informational flyer to invite people to our programs. We offer free therapy/counseling for families bereaved by violence and support groups for survivors of intentional violence. We want to communicate these services in a way that catches the eye and appeals to the people we hope to serve, teens, adults, and parents of young children. Is it possible for that to be found in one flyer? We hope so.

Our mission
To heal the psychological and emotional impact of homicides and reduce trauma-related reactive violence in the City of Chester, PA
What we do
We provide trauma-informed therapy to City of Chester families where a loved one has been assaulted or murdered. Participating families receive case-management support, as well as door-to-door transportation to appointments, childcare, and supper on therapy nights.
We also work collaboratively with other violence prevention organizations to enhance the collective impact of our work to transform the City of Chester.
We believe wholeheartedly in the possibility of recovery from trauma, we believe in the creativity and resilience of our community, and we also believe in our capacity to create change.
