- A press kit compiling: Your organization's backgrounder (an “about us" page), at least one press release about the event, logo(s) and other visual assets, contact and background information for key staff member(s) at the organization, other relevant press coverage
- Recommendation(s) for how to share the event in the media
- Note: This project does not encompass the writing of materials or creation of visual assets
Additional details
Have our annual Gala fundraiser on February 22, 2020. attendance should be 200 people, raising money for the programs and riders at www.pegasusridingacademy.com. We have an honored guest that is retiring from Philadelphia Parks & Rec and has been an ex-officio board member and involved with the organization for over 30 years.
What we have in place
- We currently have event materials, logos, images, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have timelines for event, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $1,852 , allowing us to put valuable resources back into our programs to take care of our horses. We don't have the resources for a marketing person, but we are in need of professional resources
to appear professional and draw attention to the event with our local resources and affiliates. It will also lend credibility that we are working hard to promote the event

Our mission
The Pegasus Therapeutic Riding Academy program partners with horses, utilizing their movement and important bond between horse and rider, to promote improved physical and emotional well-being and independence for individuals with disabilities. At Pegasus we provide therapeutic exercise in various forms always emphasizing ability and maintaining an environment of respect and trust for our riders, volunteers and horses.
What we do
Pegasus TRA provides therapeutic riding lessons, equine assisted activities and therapies to the Philadelphia and surrounding communities. We provide volunteer opportunities for students and adults within our programs 6 days a week, year round.
