  • We currently have a fundraiser planned, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an event site, photos of last year's event,, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How This Will Help
This project will save us $1,852 , allowing us to Hold a successful event.

Prep: Distribution of Prep Materials
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss Organization's goals for media coverage of event, and agree on a detailed scope of work for press kit (e.g., what documents should be included)
  • Volunteer Manager provides background information about Organization and event, relevant or recent press release(s) and other media coverage, and any supplementary multimedia

Milestone 1: First Draft
  • Professional compiles press kit collateral
  • Professional suggests edits to existing press kit materials, as needed
  • Volunteer Manager makes adjustments to existing materials and provides additional content, as needed

Milestone 2: Final Draft
  • Professional presents final version of press kit in electronic format, with instructions for how to arrange printed version in a folder
  • Professional provides recommendations for how to use press kit to meet Organization's goals for media coverage of event
