Project details

What we need
  • Final designs for a predetermined type of promotional apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hats, shorts, other swag) or merchandise (mugs, pens, tote bags, etc.) provided in the high-resolution format of the Organization's choice
  • Note: Printing and vendor sourcing is not included
Additional details

Need a new design for short and long sleeve t-shirts plus hooded sweatshirts. These are primarily issued to our Meals on Wheels drivers as a way for them to be more recognizable to seniors however, we also use them for staff and volunteers. We already have a vendor and apparel items selected, we even have a few designs to provide inspiration.

What we have in place
  • We currently have logos, graphics and other samples, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have staff ready to assist, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $5,422 , allowing us to provide 1084 more meals to seniors throughout Boston.

How we are viewed is so important in our community. How we present ourselves is a mark of trust. Many of our designs are do dated and we need to keep up with the modern look and feel of who we are as a brand today.

Group volunteering guidelines

Working as a group on Catchafire
Group projects and calls on Catchafire are a great way for you to make an impact and build stronger relationships with your team members! If you are applying to this opportunity as a group, we recommend you have one designated team lead apply for the project on your group's behalf and act as the primary point of contact with the volunteer manager. When applying, be sure you already have a team organized so that you can start the project soon after matching.
Before applying as a group:
  • Have all group members identified and ready to volunteer
  • Pick one group member to act as a team lead and point of contact with the organization
  • Identify any tools you could use to effectively collaborate together (e.g. chat, email, whiteboarding tools)
