Project details

What we need
  • 3-5 one-on-one sessions with a coach to work on your individual methods of organizing your time and priorities
  • Recommendations on the best tools for your organizational needs
What we have in place
  • We currently are 100% in control of our schedules and since we are good at self-managing, there haven't been any metrics or "rules" put in place for managing time. I am in the process of putting together what I do on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, but I don't have anything set in stone. I have a core group of responsibilities which have a lot of moving parts that branch off.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,188 , allowing us to take on additional duties or delegate them in different ways. It could also lead to the hire of a new employee.

This is important because I believe in the long run it will help me become less overwhelmed and give me tools for how to structure my days, projects, and goals.

Project plan

P
Prep: Initial Assessment

  • Ensure each session is followed by a trial period to apply the skills and report back at subsequent sessions on the outcomes, learnings and follow-up questions
2

  • Volunteer Manager and Professional evaluate lessons learned and progress made throughout coaching sessions, and decide on tool(s) (if appropriate) to aid in future organizing needs

Our mission

To support the nation's community-based infusion providers and improve patient access to provider-administered medications.

What we do

NICA's efforts are focused on delivery channel sustainability and expansion, buy-and-bill protection, maintaining net positive reimbursement, improving treatment adherence, and promoting patient safety and care quality.

We support policies that improve drug affordability for beneficiaries, increase price transparency, reduce disparities in quality of care and safety across care settings, and enable care delivery in the highest-quality, lowest-cost care setting.

Our goal is to help decision makers understand the value of receiving provider-administered medications in non-hospital care settings and ensure that the community-based infusion center remains a safe, more efficient, and more cost-effective alternative to hospital care settings.

Deborah is absolutely amazing. She brings such a positive outlook to each situation you're dealing with and really helps you think about things in a different way. I learned multiple things about myself that will forever help me in my personal and professional live. I highly suggest her if you're looking for a mentor!
