Project details

What we need
  • Designs for one piece of marketing or communications collateral (e.g., fact sheet, case study, event invitations)
  • Templates with accurate, print-ready specifications
  • Note: Please post an additional project if more than one piece of collateral is needed
Additional details

We are looking to design a book of stories from the youth we serve to send to our supporters. You can see examples of content on the "It their Shoes" tab of our website. btsphilly.org

Thanks for the help!

What we have in place
  • We currently have mini biographies from our youth, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have past annual reports, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,002 , allowing us to provide an ACT or SAT prep course for 30 student-athletes.

This project communicates how proud we are of Beat the Streets youth. It inspires other youth to also believe in themselves, and it inspires supporters to continue helping Beat the Streets.

Group volunteering guidelines

Working as a group on Catchafire
Group projects and calls on Catchafire are a great way for you to make an impact and build stronger relationships with your team members! If you are applying to this opportunity as a group, we recommend you have one designated team lead apply for the project on your group's behalf and act as the primary point of contact with the volunteer manager. When applying, be sure you already have a team organized so that you can start the project soon after matching.
Before applying as a group:
  • Have all group members identified and ready to volunteer
  • Pick one group member to act as a team lead and point of contact with the organization
  • Identify any tools you could use to effectively collaborate together (e.g. chat, email, whiteboarding tools)
