Project details

What we need
  • Final designs for a predetermined type of promotional apparel (e.g., t-shirts, hats, shorts, other swag) or merchandise (mugs, pens, tote bags, etc.) provided in the high-resolution format of the Organization's choice
  • Note: Printing and vendor sourcing is not included
Additional details

We are looking for a single graphic that can be used for the t-shirt, medal, email marketing, and print marketing for our upcoming fundraising 30K run.

What we have in place
  • We currently have information about the races location, purpose, and audience, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have graphics from past runs (about 20), and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,244 , allowing us to provide 10+ students with everything they need to train for and complete a marathon

Public participation in the races that we host is a huge fundraising asset of Students Run LA. Not only will these graphics be used to bring in public participants and drive donations. But it will also be used on the medal and t-shirt that our students receive as a symbol of their accomplishment

Group volunteering guidelines

Working as a group on Catchafire
Group projects and calls on Catchafire are a great way for you to make an impact and build stronger relationships with your team members! If you are applying to this opportunity as a group, we recommend you have one designated team lead apply for the project on your group's behalf and act as the primary point of contact with the volunteer manager. When applying, be sure you already have a team organized so that you can start the project soon after matching.
Before applying as a group:
  • Have all group members identified and ready to volunteer
  • Pick one group member to act as a team lead and point of contact with the organization
  • Identify any tools you could use to effectively collaborate together (e.g. chat, email, whiteboarding tools)

Dolan was a joy to work with. He is extremely talented, thoughtful, and professional. It was clear from our very first meeting that he was committed to creating the best possible logo for our event. I would highly recommend Dolan for any design project.
