Hello!

The Forbes Funds is in need of quarter page, half page, and full page advertisements for when we sponsor events. The Forbes Funds is an intermediary organization; GPNP is a program within The Forbes Funds. A few notes:
- It would be convenient to have quarter page, half-page, full-page templates that we can fill in for different events "i.e. The Forbes Funds and GPNP are proud to support _____"
- It would be great to have templates for TFF and GPNP (individually) and together

What we have in place
  • We currently have Brand Guidelines and examples, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a great team, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,034 , allowing us to put more money back into communities.

These templates would save us time and streamline our efforts to support nonprofits.

Working as a group on Catchafire
Group projects and calls on Catchafire are a great way for you to make an impact and build stronger relationships with your team members! If you are applying to this opportunity as a group, we recommend you have one designated team lead apply for the project on your group's behalf and act as the primary point of contact with the volunteer manager.   • Volunteer Manager provides the Professional with a budget for print materials, finalized copy, high-resolution logo and any visual branding guidelines to be utilized
  • Volunteer Manager also provides images for desired deliverables (if applicable), examples of existing marketing materials and links to online presence (website and social media)
  • Volunteer Manager shares brand messaging guidelines (if applicable)

Milestone 1: Preliminary Concepts
  • Professional and Volunteer Manager discuss how print materials will be utilized, target audience, and style preferences
  • Professional develops preliminary sketches, and garners feedback from Volunteer Manager

Milestone 2: Graphic Creation
  • Professional drafts print materials, and incorporates any feedback into final product

Milestone 3: Final Draft
  • Professional delivers final versions in desired electronic format
  • Professional provides guidance on printing specifications (colors, size, etc.)

The Forbes Funds:
The Forbes Funds' mission is to increase the capacity of human services and community development nonprofit organizations within Western PA.

GPNP:
The Greater Pittsburgh Nonprofit Partnership (GPNP) is a growing membership-based coalition of over 400 nonprofit organizations from a twelve-county region in southwestern Pennsylvania. GPNP offers an array of services that provide our members with opportunities to deliver a unified voice on emerging public policies and positions the sector to be a collaborative driver of social change. We provide public policy analysis, education, advocacy, and a portfolio of services that meet the current needs of individual members and the nonprofit sector as a whole.
