Project details

What we need
  • 3-5 one-on-one sessions with a coach to work on your individual methods of organizing your time and priorities
  • Recommendations on the best tools for your organizational needs
Additional details

I am a new mid-level manager working with a team of 3 individuals. I am responsible for our fundraising, marketing and communications, special events, and community partnerships. I want to find ways to more effectively manage the multitude of tasks that require my attention, from the small to the large. I feel I am doing okay at this, but definitely see room for improvement.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a variety of tools that we use, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an open, inquisitive mind eager to learn, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,448 , allowing us to use those funds to support survivors of domestic abuse in our community.

As a new manager, this will help me make sure that the development team stays on track with its work so that we are able to support the organization by bringing in the resources needed to operate our programs.

Testimonials

Working with Deborah was an amazing exercise in stepping back and learning to see every aspect of life from a different perspective. She did not equip me with a set of tools or skills for how to manage my time better. Rather, she helped me stop and dig into my beliefs about thought and how that creates the reality I live in daily, including but not limited to my work. If you are interested and ready to go beyond figuring out a new system for time or task management, Deborah can help you on this journey. I appreciated greatly her thoughtful, reflective style and calm presence. She doesn't prescribe or dictate, but engages in meaningful conversation that helps you to grow. If you are ready and willing to take that step, I would definitely recommend her.

Coaching Andrea was a wonderful experience. She is creative, thoughtful, and insightful with a willingness to look in new directions and see in a new way. A real partner in learning. I am excited for what she will continue to uncover as she looks inward for wisdom.
