Call details
What we'd like to talk about
I am seeking advice on what tech systems I might need for a virtual event. We are looking at converting annual dinner fundraiser into virtual event and perhaps hosting a virtual speakers series.
Additional context
Our biggest fundraiser is an annual awards ceremony, with sponsors, raffle and silent auction. It seems unlikely we will be able to host an in-person event so we're looking at how to shift to a virtual event. We have a zoom account and we've been hosting some virtual webinars. Want help figuring out the tech we'd need to do an online fundraising event with sponsors and an auction. Also if we added a speaker series, what additional tech would we need to support that kind of programming?
"Phone calls" are 1 hour, one-time calls with an organization. Learn the difference between volunteering on a Phone call and a Project here.

Testimonials
Paul came prepared and motivated to help PRC figure out technology needs for hosting virtual events and a virtual gala. He shared his real-world experience using Zoom and other platforms and provided practical advice for getting the most out of virtual events. We especially needed some guidance on using Zoom breakout rooms for networking and activities that are fun and engaging. Paul did not disappoint and offered a range of options and ideas that we will use to take our virtual event planning to the next step.
It was a pleasure learning about PRC from Winnie and Carol. They have a worthwhile objective and I hope I was able to provide some assistance.
