What we need
- A dashboard in Excel or Google Sheets that visualizes key performance indicators (KPIs), with data from up to 3 sources
- Training on how to consistently update the dashboard for ongoing use
- Optional: Training on how to edit dashboard and execute on formulas and functions that will allow for its evolution

We are in the beginning stages of developing metrics to align with strategic goals.
What we have in place
- We currently have a database that tracks activity of our volunteer hours, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have Quickbooks online for financials, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $4,828 , allowing us to survive! Without metrics we seem to flounder in ad hoc discussions. Metrics will help guide us based on facts.
Tracking what matters will help clarify what is working and not working if we are measuring the right things. This will enhance our organizational effectiveness and motivate our Board and membership. It will also help us apply for grants.
