Membership Strategy
Membership Strategy
Project details
What we need
- A Membership Strategy document of 2-4 pages, including analysis of the Organization’s current membership program, step-by-step guide to a new or improved program, growth goals and creative outreach strategies
Additional details
We have a very basic membership plan for our dance company but need ideas for how to make it more desirable for new people to join, and for how to retain current members.
What we have in place
- We have a membership plan in place, but have very limited finances. We are only 2 years old and so we need member's donations to help and we have a few ways we give back to them, but could use a better system to help as we lay the foundation for our membership program which will hopefully grow over the next few years.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,808 , allowing us to rent a theatre space for a performance!
Our nonprofit relies heavily on donations from individuals to cover operational expenses, so it is important that we have a great membership plan in place to make them feel appreciated and encourage more people to join.
Project plan
Our mission
Glorify Performing Arts exists to present compelling, professional productions to encourage and empower Christians in their walk of faith, inspiring them to step forward boldly to impact the world.
What we do
We believe that art plays a powerful role in helping us to understand our world and the God who created it, and that's why we perform original, high-quality ballets with compelling stories around themes like injustice, unconditional love, and grace.
Testimonials
Linda was very kind and full of fun stories and ideas! While we weren't able to complete the project, she had lots of thoughts for other strategies we could do.
Melanie is delightful/. We came to a roadblock because her desire to build memberships through live performances is not practical in Covid. And, there are no sources of seed money to put on the first performance. We brainstormed alternatives, which I encouraged her to take back and think about it at least until her community opens up from the pandemic
