What we need
- A concise, well-articulated letter (not exceeding two pages) to request funds from individual donors
Additional details
I need 3 different letters to donors for our Annual Appeal. We have never segmented our donors in terms of the ask. I would like a letter for Major Giving Donors, Donors who have gifted but not in the major gifting category, and then a letter to those who have not given or are new to our organization.
What we have in place
- We currently have reports with metrics from last year, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have pictures, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,140 , allowing us to serve more families and put money towards creating a "static" shelter where families can stay while receiving case management services and learn the skills and tools to be stable and independent.
Our organization's mission is to end homelessness in Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania where there is a lack of affordable housing, reliable public transportation, and child care resources for families. Part of our mission is to keep families together, not separated as in a traditional shelter scenario. When families are together, they are stronger, motivated, and supportive. The funds raised through our annual appeal helps these families.
