- A detailed, unbiased audit of the Organization's culture including current strengths and areas of improvement
- Actionable steps to promote team happiness and productivity
Additional details
We are at the beginning of formalizing our workplace sensitivity understanding and would like to start with an in-house survey.
What we have in place
- Our organization's mission is to address unmet needs for vulnerable populations and to work to assure that all voices are heard. By most standards, we have diverse Board, staff and clients but we know we can do better and want help in understanding what is working well and where we need to improve.
How this will help
This project will save us $10,298 , allowing us to direct those critical funds to support vulnerable neighbors while knowing we are improving our in-house culture.
Orion wants to be a leader in social justice and we need to start in our own organization first.
