Project details

What we need
  • Audit of existing Employee Handbook, or internal communications regarding employment policies
  • Edit or creation of a new Employee Handbook, which may include any of the following: Standards of Conduct, Work Schedules, Leave Policies, Termination Policies, Safety and Security, Anti-Discrimination policies, Compensation and Benefits policies, any Non-Disclosure Agreements or Conflict of Interest statements that may apply, and any other pertinent information
Additional details

We have an existing employee handbook and other applicable policies. Looking for a review to ensure we have included all appropriate policies and which may need to move to an operational procedure handbook.

What we have in place
  • We currently have an employee handbook, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have an anti-harassment policy and safety manual, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,430 , allowing us to increase our employee recruitment efforts to increase diversification in our applicant pools.

After being shuttered for more than a year due to the pandemic, we are re-opening and re-hiring a large number of staff. We have spent time revamping our hiring procedures, practices, language and process to increase transparency and eliminate bias. Having a succinct employee handbook is key element to this ongoing work as part of the on-boarding process for these new employees.
