Project details

What we need
  • Document outlining relationship of board to your organization, including its role, responsibilities, and structure
  • Document defining the roles and responsibilities of individual board members, including empty seats if applicable
Additional details

We have a small Board of 7 individuals. We are struggling to have clear roles and responsibilities, need an updated manual and need to have a plan/parameters for recruiting and on-boarding new members.

What we have in place
  • We currently have a draft Board Manual, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have a Board President able to be involved in this project, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $13,348 , allowing us to provide needed medical care for dogs, cats and small animal in need. Right now we have a cat needing a leg amputation, another needing an eye removal, a dog needing surgery on mammary masses, etc....

Our Board needs to grow and assume more responsibilities related to community engagement and fundraising. This project will be instrumental is moving us to the next level of Board development.
