Flexible Graphic Design Support

What we need
  • Ongoing graphic design support for 10-15 hours over the course of 4 weeks
  • Support may include: logo design, flyer design, branded assets for social media
  • Note: We devised this project to connect nonprofits and volunteers for more flexible, more immediate impact. We strongly suggest you start with 4 weeks and decide from there if you'd like to continue working.
Additional details

All Peoples Community Center will be celebrating our 80th Anniversary on October 20, 2022. The following digital flyers for social media and print marketing items are needed to promote the event: (1) Commemorative Wine Promotional Flyer; (2) Save-the-date; (3) Invitation; (4) Poster for Gala. All marketing materials will include call-to-action, directing donors to allpeoplescc.org/2021gala and the tag line: The tag "Opportunity for today. Hope for tomorrow. 80 years strong."

What we have in place
  • We currently have existing 80th anniversary logo and visual brand guide, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have sample materials for reference, not for design inspiration, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $2,397 , allowing us to use the funds for continued COVID-19 Recovery programs and services.

The 80th Anniversary Celebration will mark a major accomplishment for All Peoples, serving as a trusted place for low-income children, youth, and families in South LA since 1942. Our Annual Gala Celebration and Fundraiser brings in over $100,000 annually in general operating support to help the South LA community. This project will help us promote the annual gala celebration and fundraiser.

Step 1: Ongoing Support
  • Volunteer delivers ongoing support according to determined outline
  • Weekly check-ins to ensure support is being offered as agreed upon by both parties

Step 2: Training & Offboarding
  • Volunteer provides any relevant training to the Volunteer Manager to help them continue work, as necessary, after 4 weeks
